It is a new era for Blake College as we officially take occupation of a dedicated space in the David Game College Grade II listed building in the heart of the City of London.
Founded in 1974, David Game is an independent college located in Aldgate East. With its red bricked exterior, grand hallways and minimalist décor, the college unites traditional and modern sensitivities. Similar to the values at Blake College, they pride themselves in an intimate and community led approach to education. Their students represent the international diversity of London and come from a range of backgrounds. Bringing the excellence of private education to a wider audience, the college delivers a GCSE, A-Level and Higher Education curriculum across a variety of courses.
Our collaboration with David Game also positions Blake College within the vibrant creative hub of East London. The exhibition space at Whitechapel Art Gallery has housed the works of Pablo Picasso, Frida Kahlo and Thomas Struth. In addition, it has access to historical archives, educational resources, book shop and coffee bar. Other highlights of the area include Brick Lane Market, Rich Mix Cinema and The Old Truman Brewery. Our students are now never far from culture and artistic inspiration.
